Copy these files to a temporary directory or a floppy and execute SETUP.EXE 
from Windows.

Be sure you have all the following files:

MSGFILTE.VB_
 PICCLIP.VB_
PROGEDIT.HL_
PROGEDIT.EX_
  README.TXT
   SETUP.EXE
   SETUP.LST
  SETUP1.EX_
SETUPKIT.DL_
 SUPERCD.HL_
 SUPERCD.EX_
  THREED.VB_
VBRUN300.DL_
     VER.DL_

Super CD help is now located online in the System Menu above "Settings..." 
for Super CD help and under "Help" on the menu bar for Program Editor help.
